The body is a living terrain. It carries the imprint of what you’ve been through, what you’ve been carrying in silence for a long time.

I practice three things, which are one. Ayurveda — health as swastha, being established in oneself. Hands-on work — tuina, marma, craniosacral therapy. Somatic education — learning to learn, getting back in touch with who you are.
The work is slow and collaborative. I don’t force anything. I listen to what the body is expressing and create the conditions for it to reorganize.
I’m in my last year of naturopathy studies and taking clients willing to work with that. The practice is open.
