The first session may run longer to allow for a complete anamnesis.
Ayurveda
Initial Consultation — $140 (90 minutes) Thorough assessment: health history, diet, digestion, sleep, lifestyle. You leave with an initial action plan.
Follow-Up Consultation — $100 (45–60 minutes) Protocol adjustment, tracking progress, seasonal recalibration.
Sliding Scale
Illness is not distributed equally, and neither are resources. The practice operates on a sliding scale of solidarity, adapted from the Green Bottle model.

The sliding scale applies to both bodywork and Ayurveda. No justification needed. Choose the level that reflects your reality.
Insurance
Bodywork: Yes. Receipts available for providers that cover these services.
Ayurveda: Not currently eligible for insurance reimbursement in Quebec.
Cancellation
24 hours notice required. Less than that, the session fee stands.
